1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Customer name
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address if your request is approved.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing arabidukan1@gmail.com  with your order details and supporting photographs. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product-specific reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards or digital gift vouchers
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase
  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an eligible replacement or request a refund (where applicable).

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Arabi Dukan cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other service fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.

8. Orders Shipped to the UAE and Saudi Arabia

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of the destination country where the order was delivered. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under the laws of the UAE or KSA.
